On Sunday morning the 19th of March from 11:00 to 13:00 I open an online space exploring Ostara - the Spring Equinox. 

 

“Like the earth, I have the power to destroy and the power to give birth.

What do I want to give birth to?” 

 

During the equinox the night is exactly as long as the day. With dark and light in perfect balance we can invite balance back into our life. What have you been dreaming about last winter months? And which seeds are you nurturing in the months to come? 

 

In this online I will share more about the scientific, mythic and cyclical meaning of the spring equinox. With storytelling, guided meditation and creative writing we share a space to (re)attune to the spiraling rhythms of nature.
